Jaclyn Muskat is the consumate professional. She knows the ins and outs about selling and buying property. This condo was my mom's, and we had to sell it after she passed away. Jaclyn dealt with myself and 2 siblings who all had to be involved with the sale. She kept on top of things, but also let us know any details on what needed to be done before we put it on the market; what to expect; and kept us totally informed, but also calm. Her demeanor and complete knowledge helped us through a very trying time. We had a sale fall through, literally at the last minute, due to shoddy advice from the buyer's realtor and also a terrible job by their financial people. Jaclyn had the place back on the market and quelled our fears, totally understanding our sadness and kept our involvement to a minimum. Her perseverance paid off, and we got the property sold shortly thereafter. We cannot rate her any higher nor thank her enough for being not only an incredible realtor and financial advisor, but also for being an incredible person.

I'm good at a lot of things, but aesthetics is not one of them. I also need a lot of help in being a firm negotiator. Jacki Muskat had helped me get a rental in Boca during a very trying divorce period for myself and my daughter. She found a safe, nice enough place for us to live that was affordable as well. The condo that I bought a few years later that is referenced in this review was all done by Jacki. My mom had passed away, and I knew I had to live in Boca for my daughter's schooling. I decided to buy a property. The only information I gave Jacki was an approximate location (based on school location for my daughter) and the address of a condo that I previously owned, which I loved! Jacki took that small bit of information, and took me to a condo building that I absolutely loved! There were a few units available. We picked the best one, then had that reinforced by other family members. Then she did the negotiating for me, and got me an incredible price. The price was so good that several people in the condo complex actually weren't happy, because they thought it might hurt their average value. When the condo was appraised, it was for $20000 more then I paid for it! Jacki also handled the financial end as well for me, helping every step of the way with necessary paperwork, and constantly making sure everything was ok. I can never thank her enough for her incredible knowledge of every aspect of real estate. She does the realtor and financial parts with total competence and professionalism. She is also a real estate attorney and notary, so every base is covered. To finish this story, my daughter absolutely loves this place, and every single person that are very into aesthetics has been blown away. Jacki is awesome!
